Research and consider all the services that you wish to offer as a Home Stager.
Write a description of each.
Imagine you have customers, let’s call them Mr and Mrs Smith. They have a
two bedroom bungalow. Make one Mini Report and one Detailed Report for
them – only for two rooms this time.
Remember, in the mini report, you will write your advice about what you think
is necessary to be done in the rooms. The detailed report will also have all
necessary information about the furniture, accessories and contractors that
you are willing to use for the staging.
Think about your price as well. I will understand if you are still confused at this
time about what you should charge for your service, so I will not expect you at
this point to make a proper quotation, but it is definitely a good time to start
to think about that as well.
